About the Role
Cafe Botanica is looking for friendly, dependable and energetic team members who enjoy helping people and working in a fast-paced café environment.
Our Cafe Team Members prepare smoothies, fresh juices, coffee and made-to-order food while providing welcoming, attentive service to every guest. Team members are also responsible for taking orders, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, restocking ingredients and helping the café run smoothly throughout each shift.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
Take orders accurately and operate the point-of-sale system
Prepare smoothies, juices, coffee, bowls, wraps and other menu items
Follow recipes, food-safety standards and portion guidelines
Keep counters, equipment, dining areas and workstations clean
Restock ingredients, cups and supplies
Assist with opening and closing duties
Work efficiently and communicate well with other team members
Learn the Cafe Botanica menu and answer basic ingredient questions

Strong customer-service and communication skills
Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
Available for a combination of weekday and weekend shifts
Restaurant, café or customer-service experience is helpful but not required
